We have been working with financial advisers from around the country since 2010, having grown to now manage nearly £4 billion in assets from over 12,000 investors. What you'll do: Organise and prioritise enquiries received to the companys shared mailbox. Scheduling tasks, meetings, telephone calls using the companies CRM and Microsoft Outlook. Ensure queries are answered in a timely manner, with appropriate responses, and consider customer vulnerabilities. Process client applications. Ensure incorrectly completed applications are reported to a Client Relations Manager. Support with client meetings/appointments including arranging venues, marketing, hospitality, and refreshments. Maintain accurate client records on the companies CRM and workspace systems. Assist sales team with new introductions, arrange meetings, perform due-diligence checks, on/offboard clients and log correspondence. Office administration including stationary/supplies ordering, filing, photocopying, printing, managing reception. Organise and maintain internal folders.
