Job Description WeDoData has recently partnered with a renowned academy based in Birmingham that is looking for an exam officer to join their amazing team. My client is part of a small trust with big ambitions. The focus is on giving their 900 students a lifelong love of learning and equip them with the skills they need to realise their dreams. Emphasis is put on collaboration between colleagues, who happily support each other through an organised and efficient network. The OFSTED rating delivered by the Department for Education is "good" (2024). This is a standalone job, reporting being done directly to the deputy headteacher. The successful candidate will be in charge of the exam invigilator team coordination, but there is no line management associated with this role. Excellent communication, organisation and timekeeping will be keys to success. To be eligible, you MUST have previous experience in managing the end-to-end exams process and a good level on any MIS software.
