Project Administrator
Full Time – Permanent
Location: Leicester
Hours: Monday to Friday Office Hours
Basic Salary: £27,000.00 to £33,000.00 Per Annum

Our client is a highly established and profitable company with a huge presence across the UK. Our client prides themselves in providing a range of services to their clients and has a brand reputation of second to none. Due to further growth plans, they are seeking an enthusiastic, hardworking, and experienced Project Administrator to join their business on a Full Time Permanent basis.
Project Administrator role:
1. Maintain strong relationships with B2B Clients and Customers
2. Track progress of commercial projects within the Construction industry
3. Prepare quotations for new projects as a Project Administrator
4. Liaising with suppliers and other stakeholders
5. Create documentation for production and design including specifications
6. Provide support to relevant departments under the guidance of project manager.
7. Assist finance team and sales team in preparing project-related documents & reports
8. Provide general administrative support to team members as needed as a Project Administrator.
Project Administrator requirements:
9. Proven experience as Project Administrator ideally within the Construction industry
10. Experience in administering several projects at any one time.
11. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
12. Proficient computer skills, including expertise in Microsoft Office
13. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
14. Possess strong interpersonal skills and an empathetic approach when dealing with colleagues.
