Key Responsibilities: Contact clients eligible for energy efficiency grants under ECO4 and GBIS schemes. Make 40-60 outbound calls per day to engage with potential and current clients. Chase required documentation and source necessary information for grant processing. Provide customer service, guiding clients through their options and application processes. Process client applications and ensure all information is accurately recorded and updated. Liaise with various internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery. Offer clear advice to customers regarding available grants and energy-saving solutions. Qualifications: Confident and professional telephone manner. Previous customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in administrative tasks. Excellent organisational skills to handle multiple tasks and maintain documentation. IT literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
