About the Role
As a Bank Senior Care Assistant at a care home, you'll look after the different needs of our residents to enable us to deliver quality, person-centred care and support. Your role will involve supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager. You can also expect to support the clinical team in specific areas such as medication management, assessments, care plans or care reviews.

About You
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care. We'll also require you to have specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. We're looking for people who are warm-hearted, compassionate and committed to giving each resident individualised care and support.
You'll have the opportunity to develop your career through ongoing training opportunities, with many of our Senior Carer Assistants progressing into Care Practitioner, Regional Carer or nursing roles.

Work Arrangements
This is a Bank position, meaning you'll work on a flexible schedule to cover annual leave or sick leave. The hours and days you work will vary depending on the needs of the care home.
