Role: SCADA / PLC Automation Engineer
Salary: GBP40k - GBP60k per year + benefits

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain SCADA and PLC systems (Siemens preferred, but Rockwell, Schneider, and Mitsubishi are acceptable).
2. Work with current and obsolete PLC/SCADA systems.
3. Utilize databases such as Microsoft SQL Server or MySQL.
4. Contribute to programming tasks using Python, C++, or BASIC.
5. Assist in the integration of AI and Machine Learning technologies in manufacturing processes.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Several years of SCADA and PLC programming experience.
2. Experience in food manufacturing environments is preferred.
3. Willingness to learn and adapt to new programming languages.
4. Comfortable with travel between home, the office in South Yorkshire, and client sites across the UK.
