The Role We are seeking a full time Assistant for our Sponsorship Department. This is a largely administrative, entry-level position for a candidate with strong interpersonal, numerical, organisational computer and English skills. The Sponsorship Assistant will be working with a team of Sales Directors and 23 Sales Managers, so the ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and communicate effectively regarding different projects to a variety of personalities is key. Key Responsibilities Becoming an EMS and SKY super user in the sales department to help support the sales teams data requirements and fulfil sponsorship branding as per the contracts. Keeping up to date all website with sponsors logos and marketing literature Working with the Sponsorship Managers to ensure that the paid sessions and fulfilled to contract within deadlines given. Updating event websites through a content management system Uploading data to sales campaigns through the CRM Recording sales revenues for weekly, monthly and annual target tracking. Writing business contracts Populating sponsored on-site activities with delegates through working with partners and contacting delegates on the phone and via email to confirm their attendance Being an on-site support for the sales team at WBR events in the UK, and across Europe. Booking hotels and flights for Sales Managers Organising the sponsorship teams Quarterly social events.
