The position Responsible for running and coordinating the day-to-day administrative duties of the organisation, the candidate must excel in organisational skills, communication skills, and the capacity to manage several tasks or requests simultaneously. We are looking for a junior role with professional and exceptional time management abilities. The ability to work with precision and attention. Key Accountabilities
1. Contacting suppliers for product availability and lead times.
2. Liaise with third party logistics companies and dealing with import and export documents.
3. Following up on shipments.
4. Raising purchase orders & issuing all purchase orders to suppliers
5. Set up new supplier accounts as and when requested.
6. Keep records of stocks inbound & outbound.
Skills
7. Computer literate with good experience of Microsoft Office, Email and Internet.
8. Proactive approach to problem solving.
9. Ability to multitask
Experience
10. Experience within a purchasing / logistic role would be good but not essential
11. Experience of SAP would be good but not essential.
