My client is a leading Distribution company based in Tamworth and currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor.
Based at their modern offices, you will be responsible for supporting the Sales and National Accounts Team. You will be responsible for speaking with our Customers, chasing orders/deliveries, advising of products, and stock management. You will also handle customer queries, escalating where necessary.
This is a fantastic role, and you will be the hub function for the team.
The ideal candidate will be confident using Microsoft applications and have excellent Customer Service experience. You will be a good listener and remain professional and calm at all times. You will be able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday either 8am to 4.30pm or 8.30am to 5.30pm on a rota basis.
