What you will do:

3. Collaborate closely with our specialist teams to address a variety of challenges including emotional wellbeing, risks of grooming, exploitation, or going missing.
4. Participate in monthly case and personal supervision sessions, receiving constructive feedback and support for your professional development.
5. Contribute to team meetings, sharing insights, experiences, and strategies to improve care outcomes for children.
6. Coordinate and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of each child, ensuring they receive the best possible support and resources.
