Senior Radiographer | Permanent - Full Time 37.5hrs pw | The Montefiore Hospital | Hove |
We are looking for an experienced Senior MRI Radiographer to join our dynamic team at The Montefiore Hospital Imaging Department in Hove.
The Senior MRI Radiographer will provide a customer-focused, high quality MRI Radiography service to our patients and stakeholders.
You will be part of a professional team delivering high quality radiographic services, whilst providing strong clinical leadership.
Duties and responsibilities:
* Responsible for the day to day running of the department
* Experience in specialised imaging techniques such as MRI, CT, Radiology Cardiology is essential
* To administer IV contrast (according to Spire protocol).
* Providing highly skilled and specialised imaging for patients and to make informed decisions on the diagnostic imaging required
* Communicate appropriately with others involved in the care of the patient
* Ensure that Spire radiology procedures are implemented and maintained
Who we're looking for:
* Previous experience/evidence as a Senior Radiographer
* Diploma of the College of Radiographers or BSc equivalent
* Current Registered with the HCPC
* Demonstrated leadership and excellent critical thinking skills
* IV injection certificate of competence
* Knowledge of appropriate standards and external bodies, such as the Care Quality Commission
* Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom
* UK experience
Hours: Full Time 37.5 hrs pw - Monday - Saturday between the hours of 08:00 - 20:00
