About the Company An award winning global law firm with a great reputation are looking for an Early Careers Recruitment Assistant on a permanent basis, to focus on the attraction, selection and development of trainees. About the Role Working as part of the wider early careers team, this is a broad role that will offer excellent exposure to both graduate recruitment and training matters. Responsibilities include: Screening applications for training contracts/vacation schemes Facilitate interviews and assessment centres Coordinate skills training and logistics of events Create interview packs for Partners Liaise with future trainees and manage inductions Assist with feedback and appraisals Represent firm at law fairs and other marketing events Produce offer paperwork and onboarding documents Assist with systems and data reporting Manage content for social media and website updates Support with diversity & inclusion Job Requirements You will have a keen interest in early careers with experience in administration within a professional services environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to take ownership and develop in a client facing role. You will be a strong communicator, organised, adaptable, and have strong attention to detail.
