About you
The governing body are looking for a candidate who:
* Has the ability to devise and communicate a clear vision for the school and how it will develop over the next 3-5 years.
* Embraces change within the education landscape and can translate that at a local level to drive improved standards.
* Has the ability to develop the use of Information and Communication Technologies in teaching, learning and management communications.
* Has well developed people management skills and can communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders.
* Has recent teaching and leadership experience in EYFS and/or Key stages 1 & 2.
* Has experience of resource management.
* Fully supports the aims and ethos of a small Church of England School.
* Can develop and sustain an exceptional school learning environment for both staff and students.
