Job Description
To manage and plan the duties of site-based cleaners to ensure the building is cleaned in a safe and efficient manner.

The Individual
Knowledge and understanding of the industry, including health and safety issues when using chemicals and machinery.
Supervisory experience.
Educated to a good general standard and/or able to demonstrate equivalent knowledge, skills, and competencies gained through relevant experience.
Numerate with attention to detail.
Ability to prioritise tasks/actions and use own initiative.
Plan workload effectively.
Self-confident and self-motivated with knowledge of good housekeeping practices.
Ability to lead a team with good communication skills.
Strong administrative and organisational skills.
Knowledge and awareness of Health & Safety working practices.
Ability to work without close supervision to deliver quality standards.

Starting Salary: £25,512.24 (pro-rata)
£13.26 per hour
20.50 hours per week
