As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will showcase our brand, products, and services, consulting with customers and partners to meet their vacuum needs.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage inbound enquiries and build strong relationships with existing and new customers.
* Foster relationships to generate repeat business and new opportunities.
* Work collaboratively with Sales Teams to enable sales and growth across new and existing accounts.
* Respond to customer enquiries, pursuing customer and opportunity discovery, rapid qualification, and quotation generation.
* Follow-up quotes systematically with customers in a timely manner.
* Support customer satisfaction and adhere to compliance requirements.
* Develop skills to enable and maximise job performance and professional development.
* Maintain the reputation of KJLC by utilising professional sales skills.
* Provide weekly statistical information as requested by management.
* Own and control Tenders, reviewing and working with Sales Managers to ensure smooth submission.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Sales experience.
* Excellent communication skills in English.
* Proven experience of being a sales professional and exceeding KPI's.
* Ambitious, self-starting, and eager to progress in a sales career with a fast-growing company.
* Computer literacy including the MS Office Suite with ability to become a CRM expert.
* Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Demonstrated the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
