About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our Commercial Growth team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales and account management.
The successful candidate will have experience in managing high-performing sales teams, with a proven track record of achieving stretching sales targets. You will be able to develop and implement effective sales strategies, build strong relationships with customers, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:

* Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions
About You:
You will have a strong background in sales leadership, with experience in managing cross-functional teams. You will be able to communicate effectively at all levels, from senior stakeholders to front-line staff. A strong understanding of the utilities sector would be beneficial, but not essential.
