We are seeking a skilled educator to join our team at a one-form entry primary school with an outstanding leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified teacher to become a permanent member of staff after completing a 12-week probationary period.

* Main Responsibilities:
* To deliver engaging and motivating lessons across various subjects, inspiring students to reach their full potential.
* To differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of all learners, including those with special educational needs (SEN).
* To assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support growth and development.
* To create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages collaboration and respect among students.
* To collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to support student development and well-being.
Requirements:
* A relevant teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent) and experience in a primary school setting.
* A strong understanding of the primary curriculum and best teaching practices.
* A passion for working with children and a commitment to their well-being and success.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students and families.
* The ability to be proactive and adaptable, thriving in a collaborative team environment.
