Monday to Friday
Duties
dealing with queries raised by clients, solicitors, lenders and estate agents, whether face to face, by telephone or by email
produce letters, correspondence and documents
Carrying out searches on line
Preparing quotes to clients and drafting completion statements
using land registry portal to order official copies, leases and title plans
Administrative support ( including photocopying and scanning etc)
Ideal Candidate
excellent communication and customer service skills
Good computer literacy including working knowledge of case management software
excellent organisational and time management skills
an understanding of the conveyancing process
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
