The Role:
As Managing Director, you will be responsible for:
Providing strategic leadership to ensure operational excellence and financial performance across all homes.
Driving quality and compliance standards, ensuring the highest levels of care and regulatory adherence.
Leading and inspiring a senior management team to deliver exceptional service and meet business objectives.
Overseeing the acquisition and integration of new homes, strengthening the group’s market position.
Implementing initiatives to enhance occupancy rates, resident satisfaction, and commercial growth.
Fostering a positive and empowering culture that reflects the group’s core values.
About You:
You will be a commercially astute and strategic leader with:
Proven experience as a Managing Director, Operations Director, or equivalent within the care home sector.
A strong track record of business growth, acquisitions, and portfolio development.
Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and a commitment to quality standards.
Exceptional financial acumen and the ability to drive profitability while maintaining outstanding care.
Inspirational leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
