We are recruiting for a Sales Manager. This role offers an excellent opportunity to lead and drive the sales strategy for a new and vibrant hospitality venture. Perfect for a dynamic sales professional with a passion for hospitality and a proven track record in achieving results Your Duties: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to maximise revenue across all hotel offerings, including rooms, events, and dining. Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients, tour operators, event planners, and other key accounts. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including local, national, and international markets. Work closely with the General Manager and Revenue Manager to set and achieve sales targets and revenue goals. Monitor and analyse market trends to ensure the hotel remains competitive and adapts to changing customer demands. Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences to promote brand awareness. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns and promotional materials. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to senior management. Lead and mentor the sales team, ensuring alignment with the hotel's vision and objectives. Your Profile: Proven experience in the hospitality sector, with 310 years of sales experience or 12 years in a similar leadership role preferred. A degree in hospitality, business, or a related field is advantageous but not essential if you have a strong track record in hospitality sales. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to build lasting client relationships. Results-driven with a proactive approach to achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
