We are seeking an ambitious Chef Supervisor to help us deliver exceptional food experiences for DINE on a part-time basis, contracted to 16 hours per week.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food that exceeds client and customer expectations.
About the Role
* Prepare delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers
* Oversee and implement menu changes
* Identify opportunities to improve our food services
* Listen and act on customer feedback to consistently improve our food services
* Support the creation of new menus and creative food concepts
* Represent DINE and maintain a positive brand image
* Monitor inventories to keep our kitchens well-stocked
* Oversee kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standards
* Comply with Food Handling, Hygiene, and Health and Safety regulations
Requirements
* Be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
* Support the Chef Manager with Menu development, customer engagement, and driving customer satisfaction
* Hold a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent
* Have experience supervising a team
* Have experience in a similar Chef role
* Hold a Food Hygiene certificate
* Have a flexible approach to working

Salary
£25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
