What We’re Looking For
The Enterprise Network Team delivers bespoke technical solutions to major customers. As a Sales Administrator, you'll provide administrative and operational support, ensuring smooth sales processes and exceptional service delivery.
You'll handle order processing, customer quotes, sales data logging, and more. With your organisational skills and attention to detail, you'll manage multiple tasks and keep projects on track.
What will you do?
* Obtain pricing, produce customer quotes & raise purchase orders for the Account Directors
* Maintain the Database Management & creation of Customer Contracts
* Liaise with customers and vendors for delivery of goods
* Book Engineers travel & accommodation
* Work closely with Account Directors and Project Managers to ensure project success
* Support Head of Enterprise Sales with Cisco Accreditations & rebate claims
* Bill customers and Monthly accounts reconciliation
* Manage 3rd party insurance documentation
What you’ll need
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Administration experience, using excel and word
* Experience with CRM databases
* Deliver outstanding level of customer service via phone, email and letters
* Effective at managing multiple competing priorities
* Excellent attention to detail
Nice to have
* Experience with Microsoft packages, including excel
