Provide extensive Payroll and HR consultancy to transition managed service customer into the centre. Verifies the iTrentprogramme build is fit for purpose and meets the needs of both customer and Managed Service. Completes the managed service on-boarding programme to ensure that the optimal payroll model is implemented.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide high quality, professional consultancy services to customers, Managed Service Centre, key stakeholders and prospects
2. Responsible for the quality of service transition and system build into the Managed Service Centre
3. Implements iTrent and automated solutions to optimise the payroll processing
4. Highlights programming incorrections back to the project team for review and rework
5. Clearly communicate progress, issues and risks to the appropriate stakeholders
6. Participates in improving and developing the department
7. Maintains a professional image
8. Responses to customers in a timely and effective manner
9. Train’s and supports operational teams on new business customers
10. Completion of activity reports
11. Proactively keep up to date with relevant legislation and system development in order to improve the services provided
