Role mission:
We are seeking a highly skilled and commercially focused Chief Product Officer to professionalize and mature our product organization, improving our execution capabilities. The ideal candidate will be a strategic executor who can navigate complex environments, manage a dynamic backlog, and drive the successful delivery of major strategic projects.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the Product team with rigorous discipline to deliver on roadmap deliverables in line with the product strategy.
* Implement best practice, define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and use data-driven insights to inform product decisions and optimize performance.
* Build, mentor, and lead the product team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Ensure cross-functional alignment and effective communication across teams.
* Oversee the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet market demands and exceed customer expectations.
* Champion the voice of the customer in all product decisions. Leverage customer insights, data analytics, and market research to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new product offerings.
* Collaborate closely with executive leadership, marketing, sales, engineering, and other key stakeholders to ensure product initiatives are aligned with business objectives.
* Communicate product strategy and progress to the board of directors and other key stakeholders.
* Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive landscape. Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation to maintain the company’s competitive edge in the market.
* Develop and manage the product budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Drive revenue growth through successful product launches, pricing strategies, and market positioning.
What we’re looking for:
* A minimum of 10 years experience within Enterprise, SaaS, B2B product management.
* A deep understanding of risk, regulations, and SDLC within enterprise environments, particularly within banking.
* A strong executor who can demonstrate experience professionalizing and optimizing product teams, subsequently improving execution capabilities.
* Strong understanding of technologies, including AI. We’re looking for an individual who knows how technology works and what good looks like in terms of product build around AI.
