La Fosse is happy to announce that we've been engaged by a household UK brand for support on their search for a vital Agile Business Analyst
The client is a prominent retail brand that is well-known for delivering affordable solutions to their customers up and down the UK.
The Role:
They have recently embarked on a journey to create a new data target architecture and need a BA who is well experienced/versed in Data Migrations/Transformations and has specifically been involved in doing this sort of journey before.
Key Responsibilities:
* Aid the Data Analysis team in the discovery phase to identify core steps and requirements.
* Collaborate with the team to identify key business requirements and turn them into build artefacts and user stories.
* Partner with the Data Analysis team to carry out the key phases at the start of the Data Transformation Programme.
* Work with the team to deliver these user stories to create a working POC.
What They’re Looking For:
* Must have previous experience working for a large commercial business, and experience migrating or transforming the Data Landscape/Architecture
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to identify and address potential risks/blockers in achieving the goal(s)
* Good Understanding of Data and Systems
* Strong attention to detail
* Highly organized, with the ability to plan for multiple scenarios.
* Great Stakeholder Management
* Extremely strong documentation capability
* Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
* Experience working within agile methodologies is advantageous.
* Understanding of Azure & PowerBi would be a plus

Location: Oxfordshire 3 days a week in the office, 2 days working from home
