The Company:
Part of a larger group, this multi-site manufacturing business works with some of the biggest blue-chip companies in the UK. The site near Ellesmere Port is a high-volume manufacturing plant and is always looking for areas to develop and improve.
They are now looking for a HR Manager to join the management team and help them develop the business moving forward.
The Role:
The HR Manager role is incredibly diverse, and no two days will be the same.
You will be the sole HR professional on site and be responsible for a wide range of duties including:
* Recruitment and onboarding
* Grievances and disciplinaries
* Absence management and reporting
* Training and development of staff and management
Required Experience:
The ideal HR Manager will have the following skills and experience:
* CIPD Level 5
* Experience within the manufacturing sector
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* This is a standalone role, so must be comfortable with a level of autonomy.
* You must also be flexible to the administrative side of the role as well.
