Role overview:
* A service that is about much more than offering young people a roof over their head. It's about giving them a safe and inclusive home and help to achieve their potential, transition into independent living, and engage in employment or education.
* You’ll offer day-to-day emotional and practical support to motivate and empower young people to gain independence and reach their full potential.
* You’ll provide support and advice in line with support plans and as requested by the young person’s keyworker, working collaboratively as part of a team who embrace differences and creative thinking.
What do you need to be considered for this role?
* The ability to engage and build strong relationships with young people while understanding the impacts of homelessness, domestic abuse, and trauma.
* A forward-thinking attitude to crisis response.
* The ability to remain calm and collected in challenging and traumatic situations.
