Monitoring status and availability of Electric charge points and reporting defects – contributing to van charge scheduling. Administering, recording and reporting van allocation. Administration of vehicle tracking systems. Log Incident and Insurance claims as per ADSL Procedures and Hire Booking requests via ABC Fleet Management. Fuel Mileage sheet data input - reviewing van weights and defects. Assistance with administration of company car fleet. Supporting H&S initiatives to reduce Driving for Work risks. What We’re Looking For: Qualifications: Hold a current, clean Cat B driving licence – confident in driving vans and cars. An IOSH Working Safely would be advantageous. Experience: Having Accounting and /or Commercial experience would be beneficial. Advanced Excel knowledge along with excellent customer facing skills. Knowledge of Road Traffic Legislation Skills: Financial/numerical and project planning skills, with the ability to proactively manage changing demands. Good communication with effective interpersonal and negotiating skills. Driving Licence: Full UK valid driving licence required.
