Job Responsibilities:
* Prepare documents using various Microsoft packages for team members (reports, typing up minutes/outputs from workshops, producing presentations, etc.)
* Create Engineering Certificates, Service Entry sheets for payment and release of retention payments via SAP Core.
* Raise shopping carts for equipment/goods/services and process goods receipts via SAP.
* Purchase equipment/goods/services via other methods (supplier portals, purchase card, etc.).
* Arrange and support meetings/conferences (both internal/external) on behalf of others including room bookings, managing delegates, producing material, etc.
* Maintain electronic filing system and internal records.
* Support the project team with other administrative duties.
* Liaise with other internal departments when necessary.
* Basic care of office equipment and ensuring supplies are readily available.
Skills / Experiences Required:
* Knowledge of SAP.
* Sound knowledge of Microsoft packages (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
* Good interpersonal skills.
* Good communication skills (verbal and written).
* Knowledge of SharePoint.
* Customer-focused and service-driven.
* Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
