Location: Eastleigh, Hampshire
Hours: This is a 37 hour week, Monday to Friday.
Please note, this starts as a temporary position for 12 weeks, with a guarantee to go permanent for the right candidate.
As a Training Coordinator, you will:
* Implement on-boarding and training sessions, covering policies (Health & Safety, IT Training, Core Company Values...)
* Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth on-boarding process.
* Meet with managers to discuss where further training and assistance are needed to be put in place.
* Provide additional training to individuals where necessary.
* Carry out performance reviews.
* Complete supporting administration.
* Travel to other offices to implement training plans.
* Be a point of contact regarding training and on-boarding within the business.
Ideally, you will be/have:
* Experience in a training-based role (required)
* Strong communication skills.
* Excellent level of Microsoft Office packages.
* An organised and structured approach to work.
