Legal Finance Assistant We are excited to share that we are working with a highly reputable growing law firm based in Liverpool. They are looking to recruit a Legal Finance Assistant to join their expanding finance department and will report to the Legal Finance Manager.
Key responsibilities:
Outgoing Client and Office Payments
Incoming client money
Daily HMLR
Banking
Cheque Printing
Incoming Card Payments
Petty Cash
Cover Purchase Ledger
Assist team with slip postings
Adhoc tasks
Required Experience/Skills
Competent computer skills including Proclaim, Excel, Outlook and Teams
Numerical and literacy skills
Excellent time management, organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
Problem solving ability
Accuracy
Flexibility to include paid overtime when the department requires.
