Responsibilities will include: Seamless Calendar Management: Coordinate meetings, travel, and events with precision and foresight. Effective Communication: Manage and prioritise the Chief Commercial Officers emails, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Meeting Maestro: Arrange meetings, draft agendas, take and distribute minutes, and track action points. Confidential Correspondence: Draft professional reports and communications while maintaining discretion. Project Support: Assist in research, stakeholder presentations, and company-wide initiatives. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other EAs and PAs to optimise efficiency at the highest levels. Proactive Administration: Maintain meticulous records and ensure all tasks align with our company values and objectives. Your Attributes You will bring: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced environment. Outstanding organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills. A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently and prioritise effectively, a self-motivated individual who can make things happen. Strong written and verbal reasoning skills with the ability to draft professional-level correspondence. Utmost confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information. The ability to build rapport and influence effectively at all organisational levels and be able to rapidly forge effective and collaborative working relationship with others, both internal and external. You will have: Secretarial qualifications to include advanced typing skills. Shorthand may also be required. Other computer or office administration qualifications would be an advantage. Experience of working successfully in an Executive Assistant role A deep working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is essential. A working knowledge of SalesForce.com would be advantageous. The ability to learn new policies and procedures quickly and efficiently. The ability to work effectively with minimal supervision, with good decision-making capability. Time management, resilient, flexible, multi-tasking, tenacious and agile.
