This is a unique opportunity to get your foot in the door of a growing industry and gain the skills experience you need to become a sought-after IT professional In this role, youll work towards your Level 3 Information Communications Technician qualification delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships. A Typical Day in the Job: Provide initial support to resolve technical issues for end users, ensuring all problems are managed efficiently and professionally Handle incoming support requests through their ticketing system, ensuring accurate tracking, prioritisation and resolution of issues Diagnose and resolve IT related problems, including software, hardware and network issues, using various diagnostic tools Identify when issues require higher level support and escalate them to appropriate team members or departments for further assistance Use a range of IT diagnostic tools to identify and solve technical issues, providing clear communication to both clients and senior team members about the problems and solutions Conduct on-site visits to client locations when remote troubleshooting is insufficient, ensuring timely and effective resolutions Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
