With over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, this well-established business is seeking an interim Risk Manager for a 6-month assignment, with the potential to transition into a permanent role. This position is key to supporting the company as they work towards securing a permanent hire, and offers the flexibility to work four days a week (or full-time). The company is based in South Derbyshire, easily accessible from the West and East Midlands, with hybrid working arrangements (two days from home). Key Responsibilities: Oversee the completion of data migration and finalise the implementation of a new risk management system Assist in populating and maintaining operational and departmental risk registers Collaborate with Risk Owners, Risk Champions, and subject matter experts to review and update risk registers as required Collect, record, and provide assurance on risk controls to ensure strong governance. Provide direct support to Risk Champions, helping them fulfil their roles and responsibilities. Prepare documentation and materials for Boards, Committees, and Network meetings.
