Trainee Manager Position
Cynhenid Care Ltd is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and proactive Trainee Manager to join our team and support the homes registered manager to deliver and maintain a high standard of care, nurture and support to our young people.
This is a full-time off shift role Monday to Friday to ensure the day-to-day operations and management oversight are effectively implemented in support of the registered manager, staffing team and young people.
A degree of flexibility will be required to ensure the operational needs of the home are maintained.
The position is located close to Oswestry in a semi-rural location, close to local amenities with good transport links.
Candidates must aspire to progressing to registered manager and will receive support in gaining their level 5 qualifications in Leadership and Management to achieve this.

Experience:
* Residential Childcare: 3 years, with at least 1 year at senior level (required)
Licence/Certification:
* Full UK Driving Licence (required)
* Minimum QCF/NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People (or higher)
