The Opportunity:
As an HR Business Partner with our client, you'll play a vital role in shaping and driving our people agenda for our UK operations. Collaborating closely with leaders across all functions, you'll be responsible for championing talent development, fostering empowerment, and implementing impactful HR initiatives.
JOB TITLE: HR Business Partner

SALARY: up to £70,000
LOCATION: West End (hybrid working, 3 days in the office)
You Will Also Be Responsible For:
* Collaborating with senior and middle management teams to develop and execute functional people agendas aligned with our goals.
* Leading learning and development initiatives to nurture a growth mindset and close skill gaps.
* Overseeing the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, engagement, culture, and wellbeing initiatives.
* Ensuring policies and procedures are current, accessible, and aligned with employment law.
* Partnering with Talent Acquisition to define recruitment needs and align with budget and benefits planning.
* Owning the UK annual engagement plan and driving effective communication and action planning based on engagement results.
* Acting as a coach and trusted advisor, empowering managers and employees to foster self-service and continuous improvement.
* Leading the employee communication platform and encouraging local engagement.
* Ensuring accuracy of employee data and collaborating on benefits planning and projects.
What You'll Bring:
As the backbone of our client's HR strategy in the UK, you'll bring diverse experience across the HR spectrum, strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and people development. Our ideal candidate will also possess substantial HR experience, proven expertise in advisory and HR specialisms, excellent communication skills, a track record of ownership and successful initiatives, and the ability to analyse and make impactful recommendations.
