Key Responsibilities:
* Be the key link between our clients and their accounting managers.
* Ensure all current and new clients have up-to-date records and are always aware of all the solutions we have that can help them progress towards their goals.
* Manage marketing activities and events to gain new clients who align with our values.
* Onboard new clients, including completing AML requirements.
* Work closely with the director on analysing client, team, and firm performance and related improvements.
* Assist in incorporating new AI and technology to assist the firm and clients.
* Set SMART goals and work towards achieving them.
* Add value to the culture of the firm and help us achieve our core values.

Qualifications & Experience:
* Confident and capable with great attention to detail.
* Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and technology in general.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Good understanding of business in general and customer needs.
* Experience in marketing and ideally a knowledge of social media.
* Good with numbers and, where possible, having a basic understanding of accounting.
