Our client, one of the UK's most iconic accessories retailers, is currently recruiting for an Assistant Manager! This is a business that achieves its targets through delivering the gold standard of customer experience and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
1. Support and motivate the in-store team on a day-to-day basis to achieve the store's targets by identifying and maximising opportunities.
2. Achieve and surpass KPIs, whilst setting the example in exemplary customer service.
3. Maintain a strong retail floor presence.
4. Educate and influence the store, ensuring back-of-house activities enable successful commercial execution.
5. Drive sales and profitability. You will be trained thoroughly in our hand-crafted luxury product to become an expert.
6. Nurture and develop your team to unlock their full potential and support their succession.
