Reed is working with a specialist client who is looking to recruit a creative, proactive and customer-oriented Sales Manager to join their expanding Sales team to sell creative solutions. This role is ideal for someone experienced, driven, self-motivated with a flair for negotiation and project management. Day-to-day of the role: Process sales enquiries and potential leads via phone and email Lead by example, mentoring team to bring on new business and increase existing client business Utilise CRM system to create reports for following up lapsed clients leads Build and maintain existing client relationships Business Development Converting leads to sales for bespoke orders. Communicate customer requirements to the Design Team Project manage various projects from implementation to completion Negotiate quotes and terms with customers Offer creative solutions to meet customer needs Provide comprehensive after-care support Required Skills & Qualifications: Previous Sales/Lead conversion experience Experience leading and mentoring a team B2B customer service Sales/Business Development focussed Initiative to offer advice, recommend changes and formulate creative ideas. Good listening, organising and numeracy skills. Enjoyment of negotiation and the ability to close deals effectively.
