Overview
The role of an Apprentice Technician will be to train within the current structure of the organisation, experiencing every department over a 2 year period, whilst obtaining a national and industry recognised qualification. Following on from training, apprentices will have the opportunity to pursue a number of other career paths within the organisation, including in our Events team, Project coordination, Crewing, Account management or Operations, or to exit the business as a qualified freelance Technician.
Qualifications
1. Previous experience working with the event industry is desirable.
2. Ability to work independently, demonstrating a high level of initiative.
3. Approachable, proactive and outgoing.
4. Ability to work to tight schedules.
5. Proficient in the use of multiple IT software programmes.
6. Outstanding organisational and communication skills.
7. Employees are expected to ensure that the Company’s policies, procedures and obligations are adhered to in carrying out all duties.

Responsibilities
Apprentices will train in all four main areas of the business:
1. OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT - Warehouse Departments, Service, Inbound & Outbound
2. COMMERCIAL MARKETS - Including Project coordination, Accounts Administration, CAD and Project and Planning
3. SUPPORT SERVICES - People Services, Crewing Services, Finance, IT and Internal Projects
4. EVENTS TEAM - On Site experience, Prepping jobs, collating paperwork
