We are working with an established, family-run business in the Premium Wellness space to help them hire for an exciting new role, a Founders Associate. This organisation combines a commitment to luxury with ethical production, manufacturing its products locally using UK-sourced materials.
You will work hand-in-hand with the CEO, driving strategic initiatives and supporting day-to-day operations. This role demands a strategic thinker and hands-on executor capable of navigating high-impact projects, with exposure to every facet of the business—from project oversight to communication management and operational support. You’ll be at the forefront of company growth, a unique stepping stone for anyone aiming for a future Chief of Staff role.
🔍Key Responsibilities
* Manage and prioritise a variety of tasks, balancing operational and strategic duties with efficiency.
* Serve as a key point of contact, ensuring smooth communication between the CEO, internal teams, and external partners.
* Lead project oversight, keeping critical initiatives on track and meeting milestones.
* Support daily operations, from inventory checks to coordinating logistics and maintaining relationships.
* Perform precise administrative tasks, organising schedules and key documents for seamless workflow.
🔑Essential Skills
* +4 years experience working in a Founders Associate or Executive Associate role.
* Previous experience working in a small, fast-growing business.
* Proven problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
* Strong organisational skills, with an eye for detail across multiple tasks.
* Exceptional communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
* Adaptability and eagerness to learn.
