SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:
* You will complement the clients’ internal product management capability acting as a vital link between the business, users and technical delivery team.
* You will coach client personnel and product owners on product best practice, promoting a user-centric, data driven, and Agile approach.
* Your expertise and enthusiasm will drive the advancement of client products and ensure the delivery of measurable impact.
SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER REQUIREMENTS
* Extensive experience in digital product management
* Strong understanding of the software development process
* Excellent communication skills, able to articulate product requirements and business strategy to a technical and non-technical audience and influence effectively in both spoken and written form.
* Experience with Agile methodologies.
* Experience working with a cross-functional development team
* Ability to think strategically and analytically
* Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills

* This initial interview will focus on assessing how well the candidate would fit within our company culture. Chloe will explore values, work style, and how they might contribute positively to our team environment.
Stage 2: Interview with Head of Product and Business Consultancy
* In this stage, the candidate will meet with the Head of Product and Business Consultancy to discuss the specifics of the role and qualifications. They will delve into your past experience and how they align with the responsibilities and expectations of this position.
Stage 3: Interview with Head of Product and Business Consultancy and a Senior Product Manager
* During this interview, the candidate will come to our Bristol Office to meet with the Head of Product and Business Consultancy and a Senior Product Manager. They would like you to present, given what you know about Amdaris, how you would approach your first 30 days on a client engagement.
