About the role We are excited to offer an opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our dynamic team at Believ as a Junior Marketing Executive. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to begin their career in marketing, with a diverse range of responsibilities including coordinating event logistics, managing marketing materials, updating digital platforms, and supporting both administrative and creative tasks. Key duties will involve maintaining event calendars, overseeing merchandise inventory, updating the company website and social media, producing internal and external communications, and supporting tender and proposal work for the partnerships team. You will be part of a fast-paced, evolving industry, and we are looking for someone eager to learn, adapt, and contribute. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and design software like Canva or Photoshop, though prior experience is not essential. More importantly, you should be an organised multitasker with a proactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for teamwork and sustainability. Responsibilities: Events: coordinating event calendar, managing merch inventory: stock management and supplier liaison, coordinating event feedback and follow-up Marketing Admin: Raise, receipt and report on Purchase Orders, generic meeting & project coordination (briefing suppliers, coordinating calendars, etc) Digital: Website updates (articles, employees page, case studies etc), social media posting Marcomms: coordinating the continuous review and improvement of marketing materials including digital and print brochures, scroll banners and stand designs, leaflets, document templates, etc. Reporting: weekly reports on marketing metrics and leads Comms: preparing internal and external newsletters, marketing emails, basic design work with templates Tender and Proposal Support: supporting the partnerships team with tender and proposal work, covering various admin tasks as required Requirements will evolve as Marketing strategies develop over time. The successful candidate will have the following attributes and skills: Qualifications and Experience Little to no previous experience required. Familiarity with Microsoft Software tools preferred (Excel, PowerPoint, etc) Familiarity with Adobe products (Photoshop, PDF editors) and basic design software like Canva preferred. Relevant degree preferred but not essential. Skills: Eager learner and inquisitive. Multitasking and time management: Able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently. Team player: Works collaboratively with different teams, suppliers, and stakeholders. Problem-solving: Finds quick solutions for unexpected issues in event planning, admin, or marketing processes. Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with changing priorities. Proactivity: Takes initiative in coordinating tasks, suggesting improvements, and supporting the marketing team with various ad-hoc duties.
