We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Digital Marketing Executive to join the marketing team in our fast-growing hospitality brand - Lounge. The ideal candidate is analytical, data-driven, personable and passionate about the hospitality industry. This role involves executing digital marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, foster customer loyalty across our online channels. Responsible for the day to day handling of Lounges' and Loungers plc websites Assist in the development of the new Lounge website, alongside the Head of Marketing and external web agency Managing all Google and Yext listings of our 230 Lounges Optimising approach to paid and organic digital strategy to achieve business objectives and drive engagement / reach Set up and manage all paid digital campaigns Overseeing all SEO strategy Responsible for email marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, from monthly newsletters to targeted promotions, ensuring effective segmentation and personalisation. Your aim will be to increase database size, improve open rates and click throughs, and reduce unsubscribes.
