Head of PMO - IT & Digital Transformation

An exciting new Head of PMO position has arisen for a great end-user organisation.

As the Head of PMO / Head of Project Management Office, you will join a leadership team, where you will be responsible for leading and managing a Digital Project Management team, focusing on overseeing a portfolio of strategic projects, with a focus on delivering IT and Digital Transformation using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Location: Poznan, Poland OR South Wales

* 2 days per week working from home


Do you have:

1. A strong background in IT PMO / Project Management Office?
2. Exposure to one or more of: SAP/ERP, Supply Chain and/or Digital Transformation projects/programmes?
3. Excellent leadership experience?
4. Exposure to both Waterfall and Agile methodologies/projects?
5. Excellent stakeholder management skills?
