Workday Workforce Reporting Analyst (FTC: 12-15 Months)
Location: Haywards Heath (Hybrid)
Salary: GBP35,200 - GBP48,000 with Perm benefits
Are you a Workday pro with a passion for clean data and clear insights? We're on the lookout for a Workforce Reporting Analyst to join our People team for a 12-15 month maternity cover contract.
In this role, you'll be at the heart of our Workday and Adaptive Planning environment-owning data accuracy, supporting dashboard creation, and enhancing reporting capabilities. You'll play a key role in workforce planning by delivering smart, reliable metrics that help guide business decisions.
What you'll be doing:
1. Maintaining and validating workforce data in Workday
2. Supporting regular HR reporting and dashboard development
3. Assisting with Workday Adaptive Planning improvements
4. Ensuring consistency across key reporting fields
5. Handling data queries and contributing to system enhancements
What we're looking for:
1. Hands-on Workday experience, especially in workforce data/reporting
2. Familiarity with Workday Adaptive Planning is a plus
3. Strong Excel skills (formulas, PowerQuery, pivot tables)
4. Previous HR analytics or workforce planning experience
5. Clear communication and a sharp eye for data detail
This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work mostly from home, with one day a week in our Haywards Heath office.
