You’ll lead a team of around 10 sales professionals, driving both individual and team success by securing bookings from new and existing clients.
This is a pivotal role where you’ll manage sales strategies, foster strong client and stakeholder relationships, and collaborate across departments to deliver outstanding performance.
Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Management: Motivate, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to consistently achieve or exceed targets.
Sales Growth: Drive revenue growth through both new client acquisitions and expansion of existing accounts.
Relationship Building: Cultivate robust relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients to support sales initiatives.
Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with a focus on high-quality lead qualification.
Collaboration: Work closely with Pre-sales, Delivery, and Marketing teams to enhance sales strategies and outcomes.
Reporting & Forecasting: Provide precise sales forecasts and insightful reports to senior leadership.
Talent Development: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and the professional development of team members.
What You’ll Bring: Proven experience in a Sales Director or senior sales leadership role, ideally in professional services Prior experience working for a consultancy A strong track record of driving revenue growth and leading successful sales teams.
