Mental Health CPN / Horsham Horsham Job Title: Mental Health CPN (Band 6) – Start ASAP | Horsham Banding: Band 6 Location: Horsham Rate: PAYE: £21.50 per hour Umbrella: £25.22 per hour Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality, patient-centered mental health care. Carry out mental health assessments, care planning, and reviews. Provide therapeutic interventions and support for service users. Requirements: Qualified Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with current NMC registration. Band 6 experience in a community setting is preferred. Proven experience in mental health assessments and care coordination. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
