About the Role: Nexus Workforce Solutions is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Logistics Administrator to join their growing team in Colnbrook. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for logistics, responsible for supporting the logistics department with administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and inventory. Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely and accurate processing of orders. Prepare and process logistics documentation, including bills of lading, shipping invoices, and customs paperwork. Assist with the tracking and tracing of deliveries and report any discrepancies or delays. Support the logistics team with daily administrative tasks, ensuring efficient operations. Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management and ordering. Liaise with transportation companies to arrange deliveries and resolve any issues. Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries and providing updates to clients. Key Requirements: Previous experience in logistics or administration is preferred. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with logistics software is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach. A team player with a positive attitude.
