Then look no further – we are delighted to be recruiting for the new role of Visitor Services Officer within our Corporate Administration Service.
The role will involve delivering an efficient reception service across various Council’s offices located in Stockton. This includes the new office at Dunedin House – a beautiful, welcoming and modern work location.
This is a front facing role where your main duties will include:
1. Greeting and assisting visitors in a warm and professional manner
2. Answering and directing phone calls
3. Handling incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
4. Managing and coordinating meeting room bookings
5. Providing general administrative support
You will also provide support across other Council reception sites to meet the needs of the service. You will receive excellent support and join a welcoming, supportive team.

* Good IT skills and experience of using Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
The operating hours of our receptions are 8:30am – 5:00pm. We are ideally looking to recruit on a part-time basis (18.5 hours per week) but welcome applications from those seeking full-time or other part-time hours. Availability / working hours can be discussed as part of the interview process.
